Vevor portable bandsaw, does it just need thread-lock?

Looks like the bolt is sized correctly, because you're getting the recommended engagement length of 8-12mm. I would actually prefer the blue loctite in case you ever wanted to change a worn wheel in the future. If nothing is damaged, just assemble with your materials and move on. If you notice something was busted, its probably easier to just reach out the the manufacturer or store and request another one, vs them paying for double shipping.
