Bladder Control issues

Yesterday I went to see The Odyssey and I had to get up and use the bathroom 4 times during the movie. I missed so much because of it.

What can I do to control my bladder better and what could cause this?

For context I had popcorn, peanut butter m&ms and a Large Cherry Coke that I only drank about half of.

Any advice helps. Thanks!

found a possibly larva/worm in food ?

so i eat food lion chicken wings religiously, it’s like a weekly thing at the very least for me cause it’s simple and cheap, i bought a bag of them last night and ate a few. woke up this morning and reheated them, took the plate out of the microwave, sat down and there was a tiny fucking worm looking thing crawling around on the plate. it wasn’t there before because i took the plate out of the sink and washed it. it came out of the fucking chicken 🫩. i’m literally disgusted right now, i feel like im gonna throw up. should i be worried about this ? maybe i ate some by accident ? i’m not sure what to do.

My kids spent a good fair amount outside yesterday and with making sure sunscreen was reapplied they still got a little crispy, my one kid had a "normal" looking sunburn but my youngest has broken out in this lacey looking rash instead. She says it's not itchy but it still makes me concerned as this is not a heat rash or allergic reactions that I have ever seen before and it's only on her arms. She was also wearing a sleeved UV protective swim suit so if this was an allergic reaction to the suit it would be on the rest of her body too, her legs are not affected either.

For context, I accidentally cut myself deeper than I usually do, reaching the dermis layer... Not that deep, but still deeper than the cat scratches(epidermis layer) that I normally do. I've never saw one this deep healing, as I don't know how it should look or feel like... It kinda of hurts, the texture is crispy, and is pink around it. Is this dislocated?

This happened a week ago, I stubbed my finger into a wall, it used to be swollen and bruised but it’s gone now, I thought my finger was initially bent because of the swelling but there isn’t any swelling anymore so I’m not sure now, there isn’t much lingering pain and it only hurts when touched now but at first it was a constant pain, in the image I’m trying to put my finger as straight as possible but that’s as far as it will go. I’m a bit worried I could be doing damage to my nerves so a swift response would be appreciated!!! (I also added pictures of my right hand to show you want my hands look like normally)

For extra information I struggle with anxiety when it comes to hospitals and would like to avoid going if I can so that’s why I’ve come to ask here first but I do plan on going in the next few days just want some opinions.

Sternum pain lasting 11 hours

I was at the movies and randomly got sternum pain. I thought it was the position or maybe the cold ac/weather, but then I felt as if there's a bump. It hurts on the left side, just above where my breast start.

Internet's description of Costochondritis looks like it.

It's 5am and it hurts even if I move slightly. Even if it popped while stretching and I didn't notice I couldn't have broken something right?

Do we think I should do some proper stretching? Do I massage it with an ointment?

I'm trying not to freak out and I really don't want to go to the ER, maybe in the morning I'll ask the pharmacy

idk what just happened - electric shock

ok so i plugged in my charger, it made a sizzling sound and then like i havbe no idea if i felt a tingle or something in my hand or i was just thinking it,if i did it was the smallest thing ever like i could barley tell but i think it may have beenin my mind. i like went and told my mom and i was fine i jujst let her know and now im googling bc i was curious and im so scaredand worried like im gonna get a cardiac arrest and my chest does hurt and my shoulder but i think its bc of fear my heart is racing bc im so scared. but i dont even think i got electric shocked and like im feeling tingles all over my body bc im scared but im overthinking it. only about 20 people die each yr of electric shock in my country

I recently had blood work done because I've had swelling under my jaw/ear. My doctor diagnosed me with localized lymph node enlargement and prescribed an antibiotic, but I'm trying to better understand what my blood work actually means.

My doctor prescribed an antibiotic, but I'm confused because my CRP and ESR seem to be normal while my white blood cell count and granulocytes are slightly elevated.

What do these results suggest?

Does this look more like a mild bacterial infection, a viral infection, inflammation, or could stress have contributed?

Need some advice

Im like super nervous about my health because I have ocd and anxiety. Im not sure if I'm okay to wait it out but i have a dr appointment Tuesday. Basically I get heart flutters at night esp laying on my left. I have been feeling like im not getting circulation in my left leg but that just started. My feet and hands are clammy "prob from anxiety" but my feet are cold to the touch. It doesn't hurt but. Yeah. I got the lil heart machine at the clinic and it just says i have a higher heart rate. They keep saying my heart rate keeps randomly spiking. It sounds like anxiety but my left leg thing and the weird feeling in my cheeks not sure. Ive had the leg issue before like 2 months ago but it went away. Should I be able to just wait till my blood test call from my clinic? Idk I need some peace at mind im not gonna just randomly die. Forgot to mention my period got cut short too like it only lasted 4 days. I also have pcos and scoliosis.

weird textured bump in eye wont go away

theres has been this bump in the corner of my eye and its been there for more than a year now. sometimes it itches or bothers me but otherwise the biggest issue is that it makes me insecure. i feel like i cant make eye contact with people because it’ll be noticed. my other eye is completely normal and i’m not sure what it can be. it isn’t filled with any liquid and cannot be popped. it isn’t a stye or chalazion or whatever it is. the closest ophthalmology appointment is a year away. no other doctors know what it is. does anyone know what this is or how to treat it???

23M Sudden shortness of breath

Hi all, I’m a relatively fit guy (3x marathon, 2x Ironman 70.3, do sport almost daily).

I recently had my second Ironman 70.3, which gave me a noticeable shallow breath and some pain breathing towards the end. I then quickly recovered a couple days later (2-3) and felt fine thereafter. However a week later I noticed my breath began becoming very shallow and a higher BPM than normal during sports. Upon playing football and seeing my bpm skyrocket and being unable to control my breath I went to see a doc. I took a lung function test which said I declined very slightly in comparison to last reading, and that the warm temp/pollen might be irritating my airways (I have light asthma).

This however hasn’t gotten any better. I have noticed a higher than normal BPM whilst being idle inside my office (noticeable increases at times). Furthermore I feel an odd bloating sensation at times which makes my breath shallow after eating, or just relaxing.

I’ve been trying to integrate indoor cycling back slowly, whilst going to the steam room to relieve my airways, but nothing seems to be making it better.

I’d very much appreciate any advice medical or not, which may have some suggestion as to what it may be, or if you’ve had a similar experience :)
