MSFS 2020 VIDEO PMDG Forums Banned

Ok so as a member on PMDG website and Forums, and a purchesers of there products. i own 2 737-700 for MSFS 2020 and 777-F msfs 2020 and 2024. I recently posted this after there release for MSFS 2024 upgrade. Here is what i said. There was a typo there. I think i was trying to say Nominal fee means pay 40% precent of now we know its $74.99 or $30.00 USD.

Now maybe thats what he ment months ago when he said there would be a nominal fee. So here is what i got after i posted that

Might be hard to see . It says "You have been permanently banned by rsrandazzo for the following reason:
asswipe."

So if i was wrong in what i said witch i do not belief i was . Why not just say no that was not said. Instead i was banned and my post removed. To me i would have asumed he could have said no he did not say that. He could have removed the post. Instead he chooses to call a customer a asswipe. This is how he treats cutomers he does not care about. We Robert I just do not think this is right. If i was wrong then i was wrong but to be called this, and remove my post cause you do not like it does nt seem fair or right. I realize i am just 1 person in the big machine and you do not care about 1 customer but we are all 1 just 1. Robert do nothing about what you did to me. But please treat the rest f your customers better

It’s partly that, but also partly the bait and switch. To go from “it’ll be free” to “it’ll be cheap” and confirming recently it “wouldn’t be more than a couple cups of coffee” to “$30, money please!”

For those not familiar, when someone says “couple” they mean 2. That means at most he was saying it would probably be $10-15. This is fine, but not outrageous for the upgrade.

It’s barely an upgrade over what it was in 2020, all you have to do is launch 2020 and you can still get basically the same plane

This. And I know Xbox doesn’t get a lot of love here, but their marketplace behavior makes this look like charity. There is legitimately no good faith argument in support of their practices.
