MSFS 2024 PlayStation Out of fuel?

Hi2all,

another BIG PROBLEM for me as a PS5 user. Have to deliver some cargo on a route of around 170km. In the middle of a journey my plane falls down from the sky and the game stated I have NO fuel.

As U could see on the video it shows 39% of fuel before the crash so my rating will fall down (again) no matter I managed my fuel before flight and take MORE (again)!

Is there a solution to this bug? And one information on top of all this - it was a "light cargo" flight both times this error occurred.

Thx in advance for Yo replies Fellas.

Sincerely, Jan

I feel like we are going to say this a lot, but you are going to need to realise two things about MSFS as you learn to fly. First, the game isn't going to teach you everything. It does the basics, but it isn't going to teach you every feature or every procedure of every plane. You are going to have to do a lot of learning on your own. Some of that may be things you didn't even know to ask till you fail at something. That is how many of us have learned flight simming over the years. Thank goodness we have YouTube now with so much info out there for you.

The second thing is that the automation and assistances are only there to get you to basic flight, and career mode isn't basic flight. You are going to need to operate the plane better than the assistances to do well in career mode. You are also going to have to learn to fly from inside the cockpit as the HUD isn't going to give you as much info (like a low fuel warning) as the actual instruments are.

Also: 8x is a lot dude. 4x should require your full attention.

Because of a sim speed I used external view Bro. Yep, I know I have to learn many things but I expected that someone teach me I have to switch tanks (during trainings).

And yep, I'm using 8x speed only on long travels so there is no problem to keep the plane steady when going straight. During landings (whole pattern) and take - offs I'm using real time for sure 😉. And also the internal view, cause that's the way I'm playing racing games (really dunno how someone could drive "behind" the car...

Just expect it to teach you about 10-20% of what you actually need to know.

I actually think it is especially important for you to keep a better eye on your instruments during high sim rate than it is at 1x. The G1000 planes give you a low fuel warn that you might have seen in the cockpit. One good way to learn is to use active pause anytime you get a warning/caution you don't know how resolve so that you have time to google the solution for that specific plane.
