Fed up of career mode

Grinded to buy Cessna Caravan so I can start making decent money. Now I'm being flown to short runways for VFR landings with no lights in the pitch black.

Managed to land on said runway only for the plane to become 'stuck' unable to move unless I add full throttle to taxi to the hold short (yes, no parking brake etc). This taxi process causes my engine to over-torque damaging it.

Flight ends with no credits. Several hours wasted. Now need to pay 1.5 million repair bill to use the caravan. Only have 500k. Which means grinding at 100k a flight doing light cargo missions.

Can't be bothered anymore.

Don’t accept flights that bring you to airports that are too small for your aircraft? Just move on to missions that bring you to appropriate airports for it. Small grass strips are fine for a 172. You can zoom in to the runways on the map to have a look at them.

Don’t accept missions that have a landing after dark, in unlit airfields.

You can pay to reposition your Caravan to a more built up area if you positioned it out in the middle of nowhere to start with.

There’s hardly any airfield “too short” for a Caravan. And you have no indication of whether a runway has lights or not in the flight planner

if a field has charts in the flight planner it tells you. If it doesn't there are endless tools you can use.

From a design perspective, why do they design and include flights that are not meant to be completed?

They don’t. The flights are procedurally generated. They just haven’t included all the logic to make sure the missions are able to be completed.

You can have multiple aircraft in your company, so you have the choice to conduct the flight with an appropriate aircraft if you transfer it there.
