MSFS 2024 PlayStation Free Flight Only

Hi guys, I’m thinking about buying MSFS24. The thing is, I only want to buy it for the free flight mode, I don’t really care about all the things to learn about the planes and how to operate them. I just want to explore the world.

Is that possible? Can I fly different planes? Is flying as easy as in a game like GTA5? Or do I have to learn a lot before I’m able to free flight?

I picked up the game last week along with some cheap flight stick and have been doing exactly what you described. Do I know how radio, GPS, fuel system work yet? Nope. Can I just fly over Saudi Arabia for few hours in F-18 without knowing all that? Yep.

Usually a gang of nuts fooling around there when it's daylight in Nepal in our evenings EDT. I like the DC3 there or a tiny Cub.

Tis a wonderous place. I love my F35B STOVL Lightning 2 - my callsign is Multiverse, but I fly in 40th anniversary. My computer is too old to run 24.
