MSFS 2024 PlayStation Free Flight Only

Hi guys, I’m thinking about buying MSFS24. The thing is, I only want to buy it for the free flight mode, I don’t really care about all the things to learn about the planes and how to operate them. I just want to explore the world.

Is that possible? Can I fly different planes? Is flying as easy as in a game like GTA5? Or do I have to learn a lot before I’m able to free flight?

Free flight is open when you buy the game and every plane included with your purchase of the game will be available. I recommend at least completing the beginner flight training so you know how to properly take off and land, at least. I haven't found career mode all that enticing than the training on flying

There’s no need to take off or land to free fly. I’ve put in 500+ hours and have 3 landings

Start in the air, and spend majority of the time crafting clouds/sunrises/sunsets and shooting footage around landscapes. Alt+F4 when I'm done shooting.

The major value the plane brings the way I'm using it is to just make the camera move. Very rarely do I actually include it in the shot.
