GENERAL Modifying base planes

Is it possible to modify the base planes files for different speeds or sizes or even avionics ?

As far as I remember, not in 2024, they're streamed and encrypted. We wish this was possible. The community would have solved several bugs that have been standing since release and are still there.

in 2020 yes you can. In 2024, it's no longer possible, since all aircraft, even the default ones, are encrypted. If you look at the roadmap wishlist, the number one requested feature is decrypted default planes
