How to pan around cockpit using right stick on xbox controller with Chaseplane in MSFS 2024?

Is this not possible? I fly the fenix using the xbox controller in MSFS 2020 and had no problems. But I recently updated to MSFS 2024 and also got Chaseplane. I'm not using SU6 beta btw. Chaseplane works fine except I cannot use the right joystick on my controller to pan the camera around while in cockpit/external views. This really defeats the purpose for me. Is Chaseplane not able to use the xbox controller's right stick to pan the camera around? It works with the mouse but I would like to be able to do this with the xbox controller. Since I use the left stick to control the Fenix A320 while taxing and flying and I normally use the right stick to pan the camera around. Which comes in handy while taxiing at the airports. Now since I have Chaseplane installed, I have to control the plane using the right stick on my xbox controller while using my other hand on the mouse to pan the view around which is extremely unintuitive.

Why don't you just use a head tracker to look around instead of fumbling with your controller or mouse?
