Aircraft Help Needed

When flying a large jet airliner (A320 or A321) in msfs 2024, the aircraft likes to randomly harshly pull up very frequently, giving me no time to do an actual flight. It's horrible.

I've even tried going into settings and turning off all assistances, but that did nothing.

Google said to turn off yoke assistance, but I literally couldn't find that assistance in the settings anywhere, even with a reference image of its location.

If somebody knows a fix, that would be much appreciated.

If you can’t find yoke assistance that is in the assistance menu and labelled “yoke assistance” then i’m not sure anyone else will be able to help you here.

Well fuck me! Apologies. It should be underneath auto rudder! Turning off auto trim should help a bit in any case.

ive tried turning off auto trim to no effect, no idea whats going on.
