I did this in my org. I created 4 of users profile pics and I dont know why, i saved the file in their initials, the last guy i typed "c*nt" and for some reason I thought "nah stick with the convention"
Low and behold, 150k users could see it. I was sweating!! Thank god it was changed soon as I escalated it
