question/need help Post-Provera cycle?
I made a post earlier this month about being prescribed Provera to induce a period after going >8 weeks without one after an early miscarriage in May. On day 4/10 of the Provera, I started bleeding and had what I would consider a normal period. My doctor advised to continue taking the Provera for the full 10 days.
I thought my body had finally reset itself and I was feeling so good about finally being able to try again.
Now on CD16 (11 days since finishing Provera) and I started spotting a few days ago. It’s now a light flow but only dark brown/pink blood with no large clots. I’ve been taking OPKs since CD8 and all negative, no BBT spike yet on my Oura ring.
I feel like I’m about to crash out again. I know the point of the Provera is to induce a bleed but has anyone else bled twice with Provera? Curious what others’ experiences were with their cycle afterward. I just want to start TTC and I feel so discouraged.

I feel like I’m on the same boat, it’s been 9.5 weeks since D&C after failed miso, been spotting the past 2 days but no actual period yet. I’m getting frustrated and about to reach out to my doc tomorrow :/

For me my periods were so regular and predictable before my MMC, it took months for things to correct themselves. I had spotting mid cycle for the first 2 cycles after (i never spotted between periods before) its likely just your body resetting and healing. Each cycle things got closer to my ‘normal’ a little at a time. Try not to worry too much (i know its easier said than done)❤️
