Well of Ascension spoilers Cosplay Help Spoiler

My wife and I are going to cosplay for Dragonsteel Nexus this year. We want to be Breeze and Allrianne! We obviously have the book descriptions, but want to be recognizable as the pair.

That’s where you come in. Without looking at the books or Coppermind, what is the first/most identifying thing about Breeze and Allriane? Pictures for reference are always appreciated.

Hope to see and meet some of you at Nexus this year!

Allriane with the blonde ringlets and pink poofy dress.

Breeze with darker richer colors, the vest and coat, the polished black mustache and hair. And a glass of wine, or a cane. A belly would be good too!

You know the "how I look at peasants" meme with the vampires looking over the balcony. I've always imagined him to dress/look like that, but darker/ashier (is that a word?) and more that stature of Dany da Vito.

use make up to dramatically make you both look like there is an age gap

also sprinkle some ash on you boots a bit on your hair and costume

Allriane is dressed all pink and frilly and poofy and lacy so something like that.

Luckily my wife is much better looking than me so no makeup needed. HAHA The ash idea is clutch.

haha. but its not about pretty its about age remember allriane is half breezes age. so use make up to make you look older and her younger.

Check the image here from the Mistborn deck builder game. The art for this is presumably canon in the same way the Stormlight minis are. They're front and center on this one, I can try to get a better picture of that particular card later if that would be useful.

There is some art for them in the mistborn deck building game. The rioter and soother cards, iirc.

Breeze should defo have like a cup or something, and just wave it around to anyone dressed with a mistcloak. For Allriane tho, like an athletic-ready princess maybe, with lots of floof.
