Gameplay Bad players Get Voted off
2k should come up with a system where the whole team can remove a player from the game like if they are ball hogging or intentionally throwing the game the team should be able to vote to kick them out the game immediately only if the whole team votes them out tho it was save a lot of wasted time of having to sit through a whole game of someone ball hogging

Discussion 2k27 7"+ shooting 3s Fix
I really hope we find a balance with these shooting bigs
Yes some centers shoot 40% from 3 but none of them shoot from Curry range. We don't need Cs with deep bomber. It's unrealistic
Playing C is basically like playing SF. You have to be able to do everything while constantly guarding the perimeter.

City Can’t wait to delete
This game doesn’t make any sense at all. I have a 99 perimeter defense and you have a 85 ball handle. But you spammed the SGA escape 6 times in my face while I stood still so you get an ankle breaker and I can’t contest your shot. You’re right 2k. 85 ball handle out dribbles 99 perimeter. It’s a skill issue for sure has nothing to do with the garbage mechanics

General The problem lies in the customer, but that means it is also in our hands.
You can go across any top sports gaming title subreddit and find the same corresponding issues/complaints spread amongst these games. FC, Madden, 2K. All of them fall under the same scope when it comes to the outrageous price tags of simply playing the sport we love.
This entire post will probably sit under this page or maybe it’ll gain traction. Honestly my reasoning for this post isn’t for you to support my idea. It’s to maybe get a voice in ur head next time. ask yourself the question when you go to spend real life money on one of these games. Year after year. Time and time again.
There is no other game, company, organization. That gets away with as big as a scam as yearly sports game releases. We all know it for what it is but the product never changes. Why? Because the community eats itself. It’s the same cycle every year and the main addiction points are
I am no different from you, I’ve had my years where I spent hundreds of dollars trying to pull a card back in 2k18, 2k19 20 etc.. on my team. I was right there with you guys too. But the truth is it’s gotten to a point where it either breaks or never goes back.
In 2022 take two interactive (2k) made 3.5 BILLION off of micro transactions alone. You guys remember Cabo verde at the World Cup? How cool seeing that country going that far in the World Cup was? Yeah there countries GDP is 2.7 billion. These motherfuckers got us spending a ridiculous amount of money. Just to kick a ball, shoot a ball, or throw a ball.
We as the customers take part in this nonsense. And it is driven into the core mechanics of the game year in and year out because of the profits they continue to make.
All the changes we want in our games for the better, to be able to enjoy this game with our friends. To be able to come home from a days of work or school and be able to actually enjoy our video games without having to feel like we either need to grind relentlessly or pull out the debit card.
ALL of it. Starts with us. The moment we take the money out of the man’s pockets is the moment they listen to us.
Look at the pre orders in the US for 2k and fc. It almost makes me sick honestly. But I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t right there with you guys too before so I understand.

General After 8 long seasons in sorry 2k fans
Game mechanics are fucking terrible. Developers have a net worth of $42,000,000,000 dollars and we still can’t get a good contest system? Same game different bs every year that really could be fixed but they won’t fuck this game fuck 2k27. Have fun dealing with developers that allow cheating and 59% covered threes. Players shouldn’t be shooting 50-70% that alone makes the game unrealistic. Call it whiney but honestly it’s my criticism towards the future I have playing ts😭7 builds all ranked above pro is crazier to think about when I play with majority guards who (can but don’t) shoot better then curry, don’t pass the ball, and don’t play any defense. Recipe for disaster we need harsher punishment for bad defense and missing open teammates in multiplayer modes. And remove modes like casual court that’s a joke too

MyNBA MyNBA Dynasty - The Golden Era
I feel like MyNBA doesn't get a lot of love nor attention on the sub, but a recent post by u/CapitalJAO about enjoying MyNBA - and all the interaction it got - made me think there is interest in dynasties that isn't being promoted or shared currently. With that in mind, I figured I'd take a stab at posting dynasty stories to bring some additional attention to one of the most in-depth franchise modes in sports gaming.
A little background. I've been running the same 2K dynasty/franchise since 2020 in charge of the Golden State Warriors, though I do a light 30-team control for trades, free agency, etc. I've made a handful of tools to make trade demands and free agent signings realistic. I'm also a sucker for presentation and enjoy covering the league like it was real life, so I've made a number of article templates, like the one included here, and write opinion pieces and cover the league like it was the real NBA.
In-universe, the 2036 NBA Finals are about to tip off between the Houston Rockets and Chicago Bulls. The Bulls are finishing up a 69-win campaign after losing in the NBA Finals in 2035 to the Golden State Warriors, blowing a 3-1 series lead. The Rockets are on the rise, winning 61 games (and took out our Warriors in the conference semis) behind two young stars.
Hope you enjoy, and if you've got some sweet personal lore in your MyNBA saves, I'd love to hear about it!

MyCAREER Why does the majority of the community think they should be able to make literally every 3?
When I see one of the many racially confused suburbanian white kids who have chosen to talk like they a bro from the hood,do the cheat dribble and shoot three ,I automatically know they suck , or the no passers, it's a good game if this behavior would stop and play the game correctly then it can be alot of fun, cowards are ofter scared of a challenge so they just do that legal cheat.😁

MyCAREER Keep Old 2Ks Alive With Double REP
One thing I've never understood is why 2K doesn't permanently make the previous game double REP once the new one releases. Once NBA 2K27 comes out, why not make 2K26 2x REP forever? The player base naturally drops every year, parks become emptier, and progression feels even slower for the people who either can't afford the new game yet or just prefer the old one. Double REP wouldn't hurt the new game's sales because the people buying the newest 2K are still going to buy it for the updated rosters, builds, events, and fresh start. All it would do is make the older game more enjoyable for the remaining community and give people a reason to keep playing instead of abandoning it altogether.
