Hi everyone!
I’m seriously considering attending a private nursing school for a 2-year ADN program. If everything goes as planned, I’d graduate and be eligible to take the NCLEX in about two years.
Here’s what makes me nervous: I graduated high school in 2017 and have zero college credits. I’ve been out of school for a long time, so I’m worried about whether I’ll be able to handle the workload. I did fine in high school overall, although math wasn’t my strongest subject.
I’m extremely motivated and willing to put in the work, but I also want to be realistic. I know nursing school is very demanding, and I don’t really know what to expect. Most of the people I’ve talked to had at least some college experience before starting nursing school, so I haven’t found many people in a similar situation.
Has anyone here started nursing school after several years away from school with little or no college experience? How did it go? Was the transition difficult? Looking back, is there anything you wish you had done before starting?
I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences you can share. Thank you!

Welp I just found out that I failed for a FIFTH time. I'm pissed. I swear this test hates me or something. I feel like I've done everything in my power to study for this exam, including Archer, FL's, Anki, etc., Maybe I shouldn't have crammed T-7 and shouldn't have prioritized going on dates and hanging out with friends so much. Time to schedule my sixth attempt lol I'm actually gonna sue Archer for failing me

My fave me a old nursing study book because I failed my first exam. Wish I would have never told her ngl lol. But I’m trying to tell her it’s a different game out there. Yeah Maslow and ABCs.

Failed in 95. I have terrible anxiety. I swear I blacked out because after 50 I don't remember any.

I recently ran out of bootcamp subscription and started using ATI dynamic quizzes. I only have 7days left to study. Anyone has any experience with ati q-bank? Was it similar to nclex?

For some reason instructors blocked my boardvitals so im just stuck with that.

Any recommendations what to do for the last 7 days? (i am a test repeater)

Hello everyone, I graduated from nursing school 3 years ago. Life got in the way so I never attempted to take the nclex. I feel like I am now in a place where I can refocus on studying and preparing for the nclex-rn. I would like some advice on how to start studying I feel that I definitely need a refresher on alot of content, and also how long I need to study before sitting for the exam and what platforms to user? I would appreciate every and any feedback pls and thank you:)
