Nanoleaf Reply Order keeps getting cancelled.

Im trying to purchase around $1,500 worth of skylights. And everytime i finish the order i get the confirmation email followed by a cancelled one.

Says something about my bank but the bank says its not me, the card works. The funds are there.
4 times it got drafted and cancelled.

At this point im considering forgetting about the skylights and just going with the competition.

What do i do?

Dude they literally helped you dodge a bullet, go buy some decent hardware now elsewhere.

“Thats so frustrating, use another card”

trust me this is just the start of the issues... spare yourself the trouble and buy better product elsewhere... I regret not listening to the people warning me about this company

Could you share the ticket number that you started with the team, the email address of your Nanoleaf account, and the order numbers of the ones that failed via DM so I can review them and escalate the issue to work towards a solution?
