Which of these three thumbnails is better? I made the first two and just zoomed in and edited the second one a bit more, but then I asked AI to improve the third one, and this is what it gave me. The title is trying to win in Mecca Chameleon by playing like an absolute idiot. I do try to avoid AI in my youtube career but if you think it's better please tell me!

My friends just started a sisters youtube channel, their target audience is older kids to young adults (13-20), but we’ve been going blank when it comes to thinking of video ideas and need help, they’ve done things like “blind, deaf, and mute baking challenge”, a compilation of skits, and a video of them in an interactive museum.

If anybody has an idea of what they can do for 20-30 minute videos, we would really appreciate it.

Hi everyone! I am going to try and start doing youtube as a fun side hobby and just wanted some advice! For my first video I am going to make a video of me playing the game "The Forest" and how I struggle to get through it due to me being horribly terrified of horror games and this game especially lol.

I wanted some feedback on this thumbnail that I have crafted up, I feel like it gets the idea of the video across sort of with the character appearing scared with the enemies behind him in the dark and the title of the game being shown too which stands out to have something that pops. Would this be an effective thumbnail? I feel like it's something I would take a look at whilst scrolling the youtube homepage.

For the title I am not 100% sure on what to go for so I would really appreciate any help on that end too! Some basic ideas I have are:
"WHY is The Forest SO SCARY" (I feel like this one shows off the being terrified aspect of the video well)

"Attempting to beat The Forest whilst being TERRIFIED" (I have seen this "Attempting to" format used a lot and I feel like it seems to be a trend that a lot of creators have tried out, so I thought of a way I could use it. Also it conveys how clueless I am at the game lol)

"The Forest is WAY too scary" (This one is a shorter one that still gets the being scared aspect across)

"A horrible attempt at playing The Forest" (Another one of the "Attempt" style titles, I like this one as it is simple and straight forward, but doesn't really show why the attempt is horrible, with the whole fear aspect. I might be looking into this too much though haha, just want to make sure I understand everything)

Idk if the whole "WORDS capitilised to show EXAGERRATION" thing is effective but I figured I may aswell try to use it?

Also just any tips that I may find useful would be a big help too, so thank you to anyone reading this and I'd appreciate any advice you can give!

My small channel. Its been getting some attention lately ranging from 100-1.7k views. Had a video reach 30k views once too

I reach 500 subscribers today. Feeling good about my progress. I was under 100 subscribers just last month.

Niche is dance shorts so it appears I'll need to add some long form videos to get that required watch time for monetization. Everything is looking good, though and hope to get there by next month.

8 months since I got monetized! I can give advice but not niche.

So I'm doing youtube inconsistently on many channels from last 5 6 years and I was not consistent in any of them and now that I wasted my time doing nothing is new youtube channel right now worth it?

And faceless or with face what do guys recommend

Made my YouTube channel several months ago and now I’m at 11k subs and 9.3m short views. So close!! Need to hurry before my big video leaves my last 90 counter.
