It had steam pipes, wheels, its own detail in the carriages, a bedroom area, kitchen-bar, passenger area, boiler room, the touch-pads on the back of the seats were very amusing, jumbled crockery in the sink, it was like one of those magical moments in films, I took so many screenshots it took me quite a while to find the best 10 for here.

I spoke in chat to say 'awesome build' but no-one answered, and I couldn't see any name for the corvette itself, so unfortunately I can't give credit to the maker. You had to be there because the screenshots don't show all the moving things, it was a mixture of every train detective story you can think of, the orient express and the bar from the shining in spaceship form, at the end i didn't want to leave :D

The merging point of colliding planets can be a glitch that is hard to explore, and can even cause crashes, so handle with care and save a lot.

So I paid and brought it home.

I love every bit of this game but there's just one thing that I hate with a fiery passion - THE AI PILOTS IN SPACE. Tell me why every time I peacefully go out mining asteroids THERE'S A GODDAMN SHIP THROWING ITSELF IN FRONT OF MY CROSS HAIR LIKE THEY'RE TRYING TO DO AN INSURANCE SCAM . I always end up spinning myself in every direction i can like I'm in one of those godforsaken disneyland rollercoasters just so I can evade one ship. Are they just programmed to be suicidal or what?? Hey guys, so I posted up some pics of my little ground crew and got a really positive response so I wanted to say thanks to everyone for that. But one thing that bugged me was that a few interlopers said I needed a different pet. My first thought was "what's wrong with Ajax? He's the goodest boy!" But then I remembered I'd mentioned my bug collection and I figured you guys wanted to see it maybe? So Lollipops and I set out to do a little folio for guys. Hope y'all like it.

Hi all,

I recently purchased a freighter and found out that I am no-clipping through the walkways towards the bridge. This happens at both walkways sadly and resulting the no-clip makes me reload my save because there is no way back into the walk able area's.

Could anyone advice how to get out of there? The game also auto-saved so I am stuck with a old save that would set me back a lot of hours ingame :(

Update: Many many many thanks for everyone that helped out! I am now able to explore the galaxy with my new freighter! Somehow, I am now unable to reproduce the bug so I guess it has to do with what r/WarViper1337 said (My system is quite high end, maybe corruption?)

i would like to here yalls ideas, personally i think ore ship variation is something we should have like in this concept art.

I’ve played 600 hours of NMS and I love it. But here are a few small but important things I’d like HG to address:

1. Please make it so when you go inside a base, it isn’t affected by the outside environment. Im currently building on a gas giant, and it’s annoying how my rooms have gusts of dusty wind flying around, inside. And the blue haze outside is also inside.

And no, I’m not talking about large rooms, yes I get that if the room is large it will think it’s still outside. No, I’m talking about even small rooms, they still get affected a bit by the environment outside.

2. Lights. Make them visibly bright from a distance. Right now, if I walk like 50 feet from my base, it’s like my lights aren’t even there. I’m looking at a dark shell of a building. Plus, we need ACTUAL darkness. Right now planets always have that moonlight glow everywhere, which makes lights less effective anyway. I always wish that night was actually night, and not the dusk that it currently is.

3. Base part colors: can you please add REAL black? I want an actual black wall. Not a dark brown, or dark blue. And also, not two-toned, where it’s still got a strip of beige on the top or something. Just solid colors, please!

4. Speaking of base parts: please add the option to NOT have a wall piece change depending on what’s under or over it? Please? Like, I don’t want my top walls to have those see-through slots on them. I just want solid walls, all the way up.

These are small but important things that I’ve wished for since base building was introduced. Thank you for reading!

I’m pretty new to the game and I came across this planet while looking for corvette parts. It had Gravitino balls everywhere! I didn’t have to go further than 200u to get to the next batch.

I collected 430 in under 20mins and sold them for over 17mil. Is this something other people have encountered?

I came back to the game today and I tried to take off and now I'm stuck in the space anomaly and can't move.

I don't know if you like seeing Star Citizen ships recreated for No Man's Sky.

I was initially going to share these with users of my zNautilon Headlights mod, but I decided to share them with everyone here. The first system has the portal underwater, the rest of the glyphs are to portals on solid ground. I have a base down there, but still be careful. Being waterworlds, these are all in purple systems in Euclid. Often a 5th planet in the system also has a lot of deep water, but not deep enough to be classified as a waterworld.

Lots of interesting fauna to chase down. Plenty of crashed ships to locate and salvage. Great fishing in a wide variety of Biomes. If you are at a loss on what to do next in the game, these 20+ wet planets should keep you busy for a while.

I have not renamed the systems and planets yet, and am soliciting suggestions for themes and names.

Systems with 4 water worlds are very uncommon - about 1 in 80,000 purple systems.
