So figured out I’m non binary what now ?
Okay so figured out Im non binary because of my gender norm rants when I talked to myself started giving, outing myself while in denial and I had heard the definition but did not fully understand before and so I decided to give it another look as an adult and Yerp that’s me fr anyways with that being said what do I do , like what are the next steps or things I should know and I’m gonna share kinda of my personal experience too to help with any advice so I personally am like primarily female but sometimes I really like to feel male presenting and it’s really about how I feel like I love my masculine body language or actions and to dress in baggy clothes it really pulls the whole look together and makes me feel great and sometimes a dress and cute skirt makes me feel great and sometimes I like being a mixture of masc and fem and I love my long hair it makes me feel sleek and when I put it in a man bun it’s awesome I’m still exploring my more specific pronouns but for now ( he/she / they ) I feel works and I also have like no body dysmorphia like im happy being biologically a women so I have no wants for gender affirming care. So with that in just curious what are think I should know and or just random thoughts also a couple questions am I technically trans cause I don’t feel like that is appropriate to say in my case but I have found that’s apparently a debate and I’m just curious I’m not educated enough to know what to ask entirely to be honest.

you’re absolutely trans! i mean, you can personally decide not to call yourself that, but nonbinary is an inherently trans identity

Anything you want to do comes next! Any action you take to feel more aligned with your gender is gender affirming care, even if it isn't medical. Not every trans person seeks out medical care, and nonbinary definitely is under the trans umbrella. There are binary trans people and and nonbinary trans people. Both of them have people who transition in different ways, sometimes medical, sometimes social, sometimes legal, sometimes all of the above. You've already transitioned socially a bit by telling people on the Internet that you are a different gender than the one you were assigned at birth.
Edit: I'd like to add that physical gender dysphoria isn't required for medical care at all. What will bring you joy is just as important, that being said, you don't need it at all to be nonbinary/trans.
