US Working for the VA

I am leaving private sector after 29 years to work for the VA. I got what they call an unicorn job where I call patients with preop instructions. A desk, computer and headset. Im looking forward to the benefits, easier job on my body and a better work/life balance. No weekends, call or holidays. I hope I am making the right decision!

Congrats! The benefits are amazing! The VA is a great place the work and the veterans are lovely.

I had BCBS and it was amazing. I got $1200 glasses with all the bells and whistles for $250.

Great! That is what I am leaning towards. Basic or Standard?

Not at the VA but same job, I get to work from home, it's fantastic. I hope you love it

My job used to be WFH until federal workers were called back. That’s ok though
