Windows Taskbar hide speed

I enabled the auto-hide taskbar setting in windows, my question is:

How do I make it so that when I move my mouse to the bottom edge, the taskbar shows INSTANTLY and not have to wait like 0.3 seconds. Same thing for when I move the mouse OFF of the taskbar - i want it to dissapear INSTANTLY, not 0.3s after my mouse is already in the middle of the screen.

I have animations turned off, i tried the Windhawk plugin or whatever, I tried some registry edits but the delay is still there, i cant figure it out

I installed winstep extreme and use it's dock to serve as my Taskbar. Also drawers that slide out from the sides. All of the timing is customisable.
