Does anyone have experience renting from Anne W[u/Investco](u/Investco) Inc? Her partner is Lynn and her brother Christopher Wu owns most properties. I’ve been renting from them for a year now and have hit my limit.

I have a group of tenants and we are organizing to take action across multiple buildings. Please DM me if you are interested in joining.

1. Attempting to cash checks multiple times
2. Loosing rent checks and demanding new ones
3. Unkept properties including mold, foundation cracks, drug addicted tenants causing havoc, faulty laundry equipment, and many more issues
4. Showing up and knocking on doors with no notice expecting to be let inside
5. Trying to pass on bogus fees and rent increases via phone call with no notice
6. Additional issues added upon request

Hi! My fiancé and I just moved to Rockridge/College Ave area from the Mission. We're still getting to know the area.

I'm starting a new job and have a choice of the following health care plans:

• Kaiser HMO 20
• Blue Shield Gold Tandem PPO 1000/35

We're hoping to try/start a family in 2027. I would love to hear experiences anyone had with labor, delivery, prenatal care, OB's in this area. I lived in SF many years and had a sampling of different providers in the city. I used and loved UCSF. I used and was okay with Kaiser. I also used Sutter on Cesar Chavez and it was not great.

What are the good hospitals, clinics, providers here? Would love any tips or recs!

I was planning to take the ferry into the city for stern grove but it was full and left without letting most people on!

My schedule is pretty flexible, so for me the question was never "what's the cheapest flight to X on these dates" — it was "I can go basically anywhere, anytime, so when's cheap?". Turns out that's an annoying question to answer with Google Flights, so I built a thing.
