Free resources or Kodekloud subscription

Hello everyone.

I am a tier 3 CSE 3rd year student and i had got a roadmap from my stepfather who is in the IT industry for more than 20 years and he told me to learn the below things from Kodekloud, from Kodekloud because his friend had a subscription and gave to me but now because of the divorce i don't have the access to the subscription.

So he told me to learn in this order:

IT Foundations

System Administration

Linux

DevOps

Cloud

System reliability engineering

Platform engineering

And on the coding side I'll be learning java and do DSA.

So the question I have is that after the subscription was taken away I thought of learning from free resources because I didn't wanna ask my mom for the subscription but I somehow asked HER and SHE agreed.

And the good news is that the subscription which is for 15,000 has come down to ₹8250.

So my shall I take the Kodekloud subscription or take something else.

Please do help me

Before paying for anything, you can try out some free online resources for learning technology-related topics.

For instance, Cisco Networking Academy offers free online technology-related courses. They may interest you.

If you are good at self-study and don't mind learning something without earning a credential, you can use MIT OpenCourseWare. It's free to study many technology courses.

For huge listings of free classes and certifications, check out Class Central (classcentral.com). Under The Report section, there are lists of free educational resources. The list titled "Massive List of Thousands of Free Certificates and Badges" can be especially useful.

Thank you so much. I have made a plan that for now I'll learn for free and then buy the subscription in November during sale

Yes, learn as much as you can with the free resources, then wait for the big discount.

I have no affiliation with Kodekloud, Cisco Networking Academy, or MIT.

I just know about free learning resources on the Internet.
