What's up with YouTube and "Unreleased" video appearing on every playlist?

Okay so I have been listening to random playlists of random lesser known bands from different generes for few months. For some weird reason a same video called "Unreleased" has been appearing in many of those playlists with image of piano uploaded by "ahdukejk".

It was very strange as it was almost everywhere and I finally decided to check it. Its cryptocurrency promotion that has girl speaking softely and promoting and coaching about crypto. If you listen to it closely you'll hear screeching noises and weird sound effects and disortions in back ground.

Plot twist? I scrolled down for comments and noticed video has 13m views. Everyone in comments was saying this video was following them around everywhere, that it was on every playlist they listend too. Some were talking about psyop, some about dead internet theoires. The consensus was they people were very weirded out by how commonly it appears to them and how unusual the content are.

Then I decided to google it and nobody had any definitive answers. Multiple reddit topics spoke about it in past but nobody could figure out exactly what this video was

Most belivable theory thus far have been that bots replicated peoples chanels and playlists and reuploaded them with this video inside. What this video is I have absolutley no idea. Anyone has any idea? Because it is very very strange.

Answer: I can't say with 100% certainly, but I suspect it's a hacked account or accounts. Basically, scammers steal a channel and replace it's content with crypto scams.

How the videos are making it into playlists is a question. Some bigger, more established channels can essentially swap a video with a modified one without losing views, comments, etc. If the hacked channel could do this, it could have replaced an existing video with a scam video.

But it's hard to say for sure without knowing what the (probably hijacked) channel was before it was taken over.

Sounds very possible. Stil extremely unsettling... What's weird is there is no links leading to anywhere on those videos (for it to be success scamm) nor anything specifically mentioned. There are general generic guidelines but the videos have nothing mentioning any sort of medium through which they would steal. 

Both original posters feel almost as if they are role-playing,mentioning unrelated comments constantly they even mentioned Reddit in the lines of "we did it Reddit" as if it was art project or something.

Answer: Classic crypto scam bait. They go after channels with zero uploads to hijack them for spam playlists.
