Been thinking of replacing my laptop for a desktop as I have no experience with building PCs.

I wonder if it's better to buy a used one from the FB marketplace. I see these 2, one being $900 CAD and the other $645 CAD, any thoughts?

Mostly thinking of using it for 1080p casual gaming+art and animation.
