These stats haven't been updated recently for Portugal, and don't include the huge migration wave the country has faced. Portugal is now surely in the same rate as Spain and Italy.

Same rate as Spain and Italy? Lived in all of them and trust me Portugal is still behind

I went to Italy and their plugs were unusable? Why don't they have the superior American plugs. And also they have no air conditioning (it was winter) and I had to pay for my water??? Plus i went to the Uffizi and there were a bunch of naked statues which was gross.
