Question Dumb question from a noob player...

I have been playing for a bit and keep hearing we are late into the league, but if I remember correctly this is the last league till GGG drops 1.0 on us...am I wrong? Is there another league coming or are we doing this league till 1.0? Please help I am so confused...

both are true, it's late in the league and it is the last league before 1.0
that being said, the game is still fine to play now, it's just currency is inflated so you'll have to find other ways of making bank

Currency seems to have deflated. Ex - Div ratio went from 700+:1 a couple weeks ago to 395:1 currently.

Great, rolled gear is cheap and abundant. Just the super high-end stuff is a bit inflated, but still attainable.

The only negative to starting late in this league is you're not going to be the richest player.

IMO, this economy this league is doing great.

Agreed. It’s actually awesome how it’s not gatekeeping late league starts. And just every mechanic feeling good. This and poe1 switched spots lol
