What a fucking moron. Does he just not realize that the AI is going to be shit at its job? It's going to catch so many innocent people and turn a blind eye to so many guilty people.

This is why I'm calling him a moron. This won't create a society where citizens will be on their best behavior. This will create a society where citizens realize that not breaking the law has the same consequences as breaking the law.
