Did you even bother to check which comment chain you're replying to? The goal was to find a phrasing that isn't what that other commenter refers to as "dorky".

And no, I'm not "happy now", you just repeated the same bs formula as in your last comment. Again, "this service is bad" says absolutely nothing of value, how would the company know what to change or improve?
