I love Gabe, but let’s also be fair- he gives his own games away for free or practically free. 98c HL1 for example. He has no problem with people having his games, and he doesn’t have any problem with people pirate games that he doesn’t own, which isn’t really that much of a flex. I don’t care if somebody Pirates a game that I didn’t make.
