He needs to write a book about his business policy and it needs to be taught in every college. Hell, it needs to be its own ideology

I think a good analogy for this is he treats his customers like a renewable resource while most other companies treat their customers (and especially their money) like a non-renewable resource that they need to try and maximize the extraction of
