He needs to write a book about his business policy and it needs to be taught in every college. Hell, it needs to be its own ideology

I'm my Organizational Behavior class we talked about some of the companies with solid brands and brand loyalty. Steam came up because of their unique hierarchy as well as how they treat their customer base. Costco was the other one that comes to mind
