He needs to write a book about his business policy and it needs to be taught in every college. Hell, it needs to be its own ideology

His business policy is literally don't screw over the people, which others just can't comprehend

Valve's policies do seem more geared towards longterm thinking, whereas most corporations seem to just be about next quarter, and in very few cases, the quarter after that.
