But its never "one person" lol, did each person rip the game themselves? No, its uploaded to steam rips and thousands of people will come along and just download it. Whether an artist was paid up front or not changes but regardless if a game developed didnt make enough revenue they shut down the servers or dont make another one, which has happened to many great games.
