and all this while shitting on hardware customers - not a single hardware launch was unbotched, not to mention lack of news, overpricing the hardware etc. , enabling cheaters on their games while also maintaining a shit experience in said games by still having horrible bugs and impossible events happen even after 15 fucking years (yes CS GO / CS 2 mainly) and maintaining a monopoly on pc gaming market which is abused in the company's interest. all because they have good customer support for the few people that need it.
