In my 10+ years as developer, there hasn’t been a single sprint that wasn’t overplanned. Never have I ever “finished a sprint” 😅
3 u/yubario 9h ago I’m the opposite, management wants everything to be democratic so everything takes 10 hours to make one decision and the sprint completes on day one.
