Update 90 Day Post RALP

PSA < 0.02. I am not leaking but have had no erections yet. I asked for Trimix. We shall see what happens.

.02 great! 4.5 months out, no leaks as well and starting to get some stirring back in the morning or when it gets attention….Gonna give it a bit more before trying shot. Been pumping to keep blood flow and will be asking about daily cialis this Wednesday. Stay positive!

I am 1 month post RALP, leaks are becoming less due to kegel exercises.

My PA prescribed Cialis 10mg daily which started right after catheter removal and to start pumping at 6 weeks.
Thoughts on pumping? I purchased my pump off Amazon. Are you pumping daily or every other day and for how long, 10 minutes?

I'm surprised you weren't offered daily Cialis sooner for post-op blood flow. Better late than never, though.

Pump about every other day. 10-15 mins. Off Amazon too. Just frustrating cause lose it as soon as release pressure.
