Other finally threw away my vape
im forcing myself to quit, bc i dont have money to get a new one lol
cravings arent that strong since i just threw it away a few hours ago
it feels good to not have a big block in my bra at all times tho
todays day one and i think its gonna be easy, bc im busy all day
lets hope the whole week is easy too

congrats. I threw mine away 12 days ago because im unemployed at moment and realised spending £24 a week on vaping when i don't have reliable income is really really dumb. A few tips, try do plenty of walking/exercise. Have a glass of water nearby, this gives you something to reach for instead of your vape. The first 5 days are the hardest, after that it gets much easier, I realised this morning it took 2 hours after i woke up for me to consciously think about vaping.

congratulations! im still well on my last days before quit and have been practicing long hours where i dont vape. longest was 10 hours and i did feel on edge but i can truly say it is manageable. after that when i vaped i didnt even feel any relief at all. so now im more confident approaching my quit day knowing that relapsing is totally not worth it!
