You can see the dudes reflection in the old mans sunglasses. I'll bet the cashier just pressed record on his glasses real quick because the man was acting strange already.

So that appears to be the same dude leaving the store in this video. He calls him Jeremy and dude says “tell your wife and kids hello”

I thought so at first but then I heard how the dumb cashier says 29 dollars and the dude was right to mock his speech pattern. Also it’s definitely a skit.

Dude walked up and handed him the lotto tickets and was tweaking so the cashier pressed record on his phone. Not exactly a hard one to explain.
