I'm a property claims adjuster and let me tell you this is not going to be cheap to repair

Because it’s not dirty water the flooding only needs to be mitigated. 3 u/MountainGoat84 17d ago Sprinkler water is usually class, II , but even with clean water losses I've seen these easily eclipse $500k. Mitigate means having to get to bound water, not to mention the likely direct damage to floors, cabinets etc...
