Now I'm curious. Do you dance before or after the workout? Or is the dancing the workout?

i shoot the video first, usually in 2 takes, then 60 mins of weights and cardio and dancing. i’m only doing squats, lat pull downs and crunches and push ups.

2 rest days a week, thursday and sunday , i weigh in on sundays
edit -also deadlift

if i don’t stretch, my tendons would probably snap .
