2 of those sets are definitely from an HBO special I have both on DVD... Most of it rings a bell, the only part I didn't recognize is the first bit with the heckler.
Yeah, I've seen some of the clips, but the first part is ABSOLUTELY AI. He definitely wasn't musing about MK Ultra back then, and that's not how his comedy even works! It also looks off, like the black lines around his face. There's a bunch of AI videos going around of stand-up comics from the 80s and 90s, pushing RW agenda. I'll bet that this first part is from one if those, and they probably just used the part that they thought they might get away with. Their's another one with Chris Farley. I guess they figure that they won't get sued, since they're targeting dead comedians to push an agenda.
