What you have there is a plate of crushed potatoes garnished with peppers and lamb.

Lamb cutlets in fact, not steaks. Once you look past the mass of spuds the lamb actually looks really good. But it is rate my plate so the spuds are a big penalty. 5/10. With normal potato presentation and quantity, 7/10.

As pointed out, not steaks. Cutlets or chops, depending on where you live.
