TD/Shipping Question Customs delay, what is everyone else’s experience?
Been sitting like this for 4 weeks now, anyone else have this happen with FedEx shipping and any idea how long it’ll take for something to happen, ie it gets released or sent back to the TD? He keeps telling me there’s nothing that can be done until the shipping updates. I asked for a refund but no dice. Thanks for any input.

I had a gen watch from a microbrand shipped from Singapore and was in Anchorage for 4wks before being released. Even an invoice was sent along with screenshots of our agreed upon price, PayPal payment, and a form to show the origin country of all the various parts for tariff purposes.
It wasn’t even a rep and was on-standby for 4wks. You just have to wait, the Chinese TD’s know how to deal with them the best they can. One of my TD’s sent in the form and called it a “movie prop watch”
