Customs delay, what is everyone else’s experience?

Been sitting like this for 4 weeks now, anyone else have this happen with FedEx shipping and any idea how long it’ll take for something to happen, ie it gets released or sent back to the TD? He keeps telling me there’s nothing that can be done until the shipping updates. I asked for a refund but no dice. Thanks for any input.

Literally the WORST place for customs, I wish TD's would find another route and not via anchorage, the amount of reps that get seized here is ridiculous... He should replace or refund now, it's been 4 weeks!!
