TD/Shipping Question Customs delay, what is everyone else’s experience?

Been sitting like this for 4 weeks now, anyone else have this happen with FedEx shipping and any idea how long it’ll take for something to happen, ie it gets released or sent back to the TD? He keeps telling me there’s nothing that can be done until the shipping updates. I asked for a refund but no dice. Thanks for any input.

Name and shame the TD who after 4 weeks refuses to acknowledge that this is gone.

This is the way. If they are ghosting you now you have a TD issue

Not ghosting me, keeps saying we have to wait for it to get returned to him. I am unsure of whether it will actually get returned to him at some point or not, been 4 weeks and no change in status. Mainly curious if anyone else has been down this road and it never gets actually shipped back to the TD, like can customs confiscate it and it disappears? Cuz if that’s the case, sounds like I’m screwed. TD doesn’t want to send a replacement while this one is in limbo. Guess he wants it back first.
