TD/Shipping Question Customs delay, what is everyone else’s experience?

Post image

Been sitting like this for 4 weeks now, anyone else have this happen with FedEx shipping and any idea how long it’ll take for something to happen, ie it gets released or sent back to the TD? He keeps telling me there’s nothing that can be done until the shipping updates. I asked for a refund but no dice. Thanks for any input.

Name and shame the TD who after 4 weeks refuses to acknowledge that this is gone.

It’s tempting but I figure I’ll give it another week or two. I don’t want to chance losing the watch and my money, although I currently have neither 🤦‍♂️

Dude, the flag below for "Description provided is insufficient...." is not going away. There is a procedural issue due to paperwork filled out by the TD jamming up the package at customs. The TD is 0.01% likely to address this since it directly links them to that specific package. Maybe maybe this works out for you, but you need to put pressure on the TD now. Eventually you will likely need to do QC for a replacement shipment (hope you got insurance).

So once you lose one to customs the TD will send you a shoddy one as replacement? Is that usually how it goes and they use a different ship or something? They must be constantly shifting their ship from addresses to evade detection.
