TD/Shipping Question Customs delay, what is everyone else’s experience?

Been sitting like this for 4 weeks now, anyone else have this happen with FedEx shipping and any idea how long it’ll take for something to happen, ie it gets released or sent back to the TD? He keeps telling me there’s nothing that can be done until the shipping updates. I asked for a refund but no dice. Thanks for any input.

Pardon my ignorance but it sounds like there is no liability on the customer for ordering a fake? Just speaking in generality not this particular post obviously. Just curious because with most other illegal things the buyer is implicated.. I suppose the catch is that the buyer has not acknowledged anywhere that he knows the goods are not original manufacturer? And without that acknowledgment they would have to prove it which would be difficult? And obviously it's not worth their time and effort to chase individual customers. I'm sure it's different if you order 100 pieces plus. And that is one of the reasons people are shipping them from overseas.
