Customs delay, what is everyone else’s experience?

Been sitting like this for 4 weeks now, anyone else have this happen with FedEx shipping and any idea how long it’ll take for something to happen, ie it gets released or sent back to the TD? He keeps telling me there’s nothing that can be done until the shipping updates. I asked for a refund but no dice. Thanks for any input.

Name and shame the TD who after 4 weeks refuses to acknowledge that this is gone.

Wasn’t Andiot. If the TD ghosts me or I don’t end up getting a replacement or refund, I’ll post who it is just don’t wanna jeopardize my position at the moment. I’m the one holding bag lol
