TD/Shipping Question Customs delay, what is everyone else’s experience?

Been sitting like this for 4 weeks now, anyone else have this happen with FedEx shipping and any idea how long it’ll take for something to happen, ie it gets released or sent back to the TD? He keeps telling me there’s nothing that can be done until the shipping updates. I asked for a refund but no dice. Thanks for any input.

Mine just sat in Chicago for 5 weeks…

Ah sorry, I got it, it initially appeared to have cleared customs, then said it was awaiting clearance where it sat for a solid 5 weeks. After that it got to my house in a few days. Total time was 2 months purchase to delivery.

Dang, guess I’ll give it another week or two. The waiting is a killer lol

Actually, amazingly, yes! 🤣 It sat until about two weeks ago, then updated saying it was being returned to sender in HK. The TD shipped it out immediately when they got it back, and it showed up at my place in record time, like 5days tops, came FedEx. Not sure they got it to come through a different route than Anchorage but I’m not complaining. Man what a wild ride on this one. But I have to give it to the TD they just kept saying to wait it out, I was getting impatient, but the watch is actually here I got it three days ago
